Pricing/Cancellation Policy

I charge twenty-five dollars an hour except for my consultation session which is free. I ask for blocks of 5 sessions. After 5 sessions we look at how things are going and whether you feel you need more lessons or not. How long it takes depends on you and your dog and how committed you are to the training process. I ask to be paid up front either in cash or cheque. Cheques can be made out to me, Toni van Gaal.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for twenty-four hours notice for any cancellation. If I do not hear from you twenty-four hours prior to our lesson, I will assume it is still on and go to our prearranged spot. I will wait 15 minutes and if you do not show up that session will be charged to your package.
